Had a real good stay with excellent customer service. Everything was very good, including the handy location near Reigate and all areas.- The food in the bar, restaurant, and breakfast was notably great.- 

The breakfasts here are delicious and satisfying with hot black pudding and perfectly scrambled eggs, truly couldn't ask for a better meal.

It was as expected, had an absolutely amazing stay for a business trip. The hotel was clean and our room was updated and functional. The venue had indeed a good and perfect location close to the airport. Further, 

The location of the hotel is marvellous in both the bar area and the lounge area. the staff were outstandingly accommodating. - the room was airy and reasonably large with large windows, a comfy bed, and refurbished bathrooms. - the hotel's 

The hotel was impeccably clean with delightfully helpful and very efficient staff who provided us with savoury breakfasts.

The location of the hotel is great, with Gatton Park being nearby, and there are popular restaurants to dine at in the area.

The hotel's location was perfect and nice, close to the reception and bar areas, the main restaurant and Reigate for business. The staff were amazingly helpful and caring, everything was very good.

Being told our room was above the noisy function room when we arrived and we had no choice as there were no other rooms available.

I had a stocked and brand-new room with an excellent shower and good storage. The breakfast had so much to choose from, including warm and savory 'hard' poached eggs and delicious butter.

The hotel is conveniently located in the town center, making it easy to access shops, cafes, restaurants, and the airport. The rooms were clean and available with two beds put together, making it a comfortable stay.
